Bu Gizlilik Politikası, pillytime ("biz", "bize" veya "bizim") tarafından sunulan pillytime mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") kapsamında verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar. pillytime, veri minimizasyonu ilkesiyle tasarlanmıştır: yalnızca Hizmet'in çalışması için kesinlikle gerekli olan en az veriyi toplarız.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Veri Sorumlusu

2. Topladığımız Veriler
Yalnızca aşağıdaki verileri toplarız:
Hesap bilgileri:
- Takma ad (nickname): Uygulama içinde görünen adınız.
- E-posta adresi: Hesap oluşturma, giriş ve hesap kurtarma amacıyla.
İlaç ve doz bilgileri:
- Serbest metin olarak girdiğiniz ilaç adı,
- Günde kaç kez ve hangi saatlerde alınacağına dair doz programı,
- Bir dozun alınıp alınmadığına dair kayıt (işaretlenme zamanı dâhil).
Bildirim için teknik bilgi:
- Hatırlatma bildirimlerini gönderebilmek için cihaz bildirim belirteci (push token) ve bildirim tercihleriniz.
Bunların dışında ad-soyad, doğum tarihi, sağlık geçmişi, konum, kişi rehberi, reklam tanımlayıcısı veya benzeri hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamayız. İlaç adını dilediğiniz şekilde (örneğin yalnızca bir etiket olarak) girebilirsiniz; bir kişiyi tanımlayan bilgi girmeniz gerekmez ve önerilmez.
3. Verileri İşleme Amaçlarımız
Topladığımız sınırlı veriyi yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla işleriz:
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmanızı sağlamak,
- İlaç ve doz takibini sunmak, doz kayıtlarını tutmak,
- Hatırlatma bildirimleri göndermek,
- (Aile paylaşımı kullanılıyorsa) aynı grup içindeki üyeler arasında doz bilgisini eşitlemek,
- Uygulamanın işleyişini sağlamak ve teknik sorunları gidermek.
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmaz, satmaz, kiralamaz veya üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmayız. Uygulamada reklam ve üçüncü taraf takip/izleme aracı bulunmaz.
4. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki sınırlı durumlarda paylaşırız:
Aile grubu üyeleri: Bir aile grubuna katıldığınızda, ilaç adları ve doz işaretlemeleri o gruptaki diğer üyelerle paylaşılır. Aileden ayrıldığınızda, ayrılma tarihinden sonra oluşturulan yeni kayıtlar artık sizinle paylaşılmaz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar: Uygulamanın çalışması için gereken, bizim adımıza hareket eden teknik sağlayıcılar:
- Bildirim gönderimi için: Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.) ve Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC),
- Sunucu barındırma için: Hetzner Online GmbH (Almanya/Finlandiya veri merkezleri).
Bu sağlayıcılar yalnızca ilgili hizmeti sunmak için gerekli teknik verilere erişir.
Yasal zorunluluklar: Yürürlükteki yasaların gerektirdiği hâllerde verileri paylaşmak zorunda kalabiliriz.
5. Uluslararası Veri Aktarımı
Verileriniz Avrupa Birliği/Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı içinde (Almanya/Finlandiya) bulunan sunucularda barındırılır. Bildirim hizmetleri kapsamında verilerin Apple ve Google tarafından farklı ülkelerde işlenmesi söz konusu olabilir. Bu aktarımlar, yürürlükteki veri koruma mevzuatına uygun güvenceler çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilir.
6. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Verilerinizi yalnızca Hizmet'i sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabınızı Uygulama içinden sildiğinizde, verileriniz makul bir süre içinde kalıcı olarak kaldırılır. Bir silme veya gizlilik talebinde bulunmak için Uygulama içindeki "Bize Ulaşın" bölümünü kullanabilir veya support@pillytime.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
7. Reşit Olmayan Bireyler
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. Bulunduğunuz ülkede geçerli olan dijital rıza yaşının altındaysanız, Uygulamayı yalnızca bir ebeveynin veya yasal vasinin onayıyla kullanabilirsiniz. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Uygulama, ilaç takibi için yalnızca bir ilaç etiketi ve doz programı tuttuğundan, takip edilen kişiyi tanımlayan herhangi bir bilgi içermez. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğa ait kişisel verinin yetkisiz şekilde toplandığını düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin, ilgili veriyi kaldıralım.
8. Haklarınız
Yürürlükteki veri koruma mevzuatı (GDPR ve KVKK dâhil) kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik talep etme, rızanızı geri çekme ve ilgili veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için support@pillytime.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
9. Veri Güvenliği
Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden taşınır, sunucu erişimi her istekte yetkilendirme ile denetlenir ve hesap erişimi kimlik doğrulamasıyla korunur. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmasa da verilerinizi koruma sorumluluğumuzu ciddiyetle üstleniyoruz.
10. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulama; Apple, Google (Firebase) ve sunucu barındırma sağlayıcımızın hizmetlerinden yararlanır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları bulunur ve ilgili veri işleme uygulamalarından bu sağlayıcılar sorumludur.
11. Politikada Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce Uygulama içinden veya uygun başka bir yolla duyurulur. "Son güncelleme" tarihi en güncel sürümü gösterir.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how pillytime ("pillytime", "we", "us" or "our") processes your data in connection with the pillytime mobile application ("App"). pillytime is designed around the principle of data minimization: we collect only the minimum data strictly necessary for the Service to function.
By using the App, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for processing your data is:

2. Data We Collect
We collect only the following data:
Account information:
- Nickname: your display name within the App.
- Email address: for account creation, login, and account recovery.
Medication and dose information:
- The medication name you enter as free text,
- The dose schedule (how many times per day and at what times),
- A record of whether a dose has been taken (including the time it was marked).
Technical information for notifications:
- The device notification token (push token) and your notification preferences, so we can deliver reminder notifications.
We do not collect any other personal data such as full name, date of birth, medical history, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or similar. You may enter the medication name in any form you wish (for example, as a label only); you are not required, and not advised, to enter information that identifies a person.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process the limited data we collect only for the following purposes:
- To create your account and enable you to log in,
- To provide medication and dose tracking and to keep dose records,
- To send reminder notifications,
- (If family sharing is used) to synchronize dose information among members of the same group,
- To operate the App and resolve technical issues.
We do not use, sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The App contains no advertising and no third-party tracking tools.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Family group members: When you join a family group, medication names and dose markings are shared with the other members of that group. When you leave a family group, new records created after your departure are no longer shared with you.
Service providers: Technical providers that act on our behalf and are necessary for the App to function:
- For notification delivery: Apple Push Notification service (Apple Inc.) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC),
- For server hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (data centers in Germany/Finland).
These providers only access the technical data necessary to provide their respective service.
Legal requirements: We may be required to share data where required by applicable law.
5. International Data Transfers
Your data is hosted on servers located within the European Union / European Economic Area (Germany/Finland). In connection with notification services, your data may be processed by Apple and Google in different countries. These transfers are carried out under safeguards compliant with applicable data protection law.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete your account from within the App, your data is permanently removed within a reasonable period. To make a deletion or privacy request, you can use the "Contact Us" section within the App or write to support@pillytime.com.
7. Minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Because the App only stores a medication label and a dose schedule for medication tracking, it does not contain any information identifying the person being tracked. If you believe that personal data of a child under 13 has been collected without authorization, please contact us and we will remove it.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR and KVKK), you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw your consent, and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise these rights, you can contact us at support@pillytime.com.
9. Data Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), server access is checked with authorization on every request, and account access is protected by authentication. While no system is 100% secure, we take our responsibility to protect your data seriously.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on services from Apple, Google (Firebase), and our server hosting provider. These services have their own privacy policies, and those providers are responsible for their respective data processing practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or by another appropriate means before they take effect. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent version.
